“Connecting people with the resources they need to live life at its fullest!”
Hope4Healing is a ministry that has always been aimed at being an extension of the local church in order to bring help, hope, and healing to those in need. It is designed to provide the church with its own resource base whereby the church in good times and bad can minister unto anyone, even when the church does not know which way to turn or where to find help. Hope4Healing will find the help!
This means that Hope4Healing assists the church by developing effective relationships with other churches, agencies, businesses, organizations, and individuals who share the focus of providing opportunities for growth and help when a person is facing a difficult time in their life.
We see new relationships forming and growing everyday, but helping individuals in your community doesn’t just happen. It takes work, strategy, willing/caring hearts, and financial investments to keep such an important outreach going. As you have learned about who we are, what we do, and the many excellent opportunities Hope4Healing has to serve, we also need help in providing for those Hope4Healing members that do all the work behind the scenes and the cost of operating such a wonderful tool.
Most of you probably do not realize this, but the cost of operating Hope4Healing is over $200,000.00 per year. You don’t realize this, because we want to serve others and not make that service contingent upon financial donations; however from time to time we need to ask for your help in raising those funds. The neat thing about Hope4Healing is that if all of us as partners in helping others would give what we can, then that yearly need doesn’t seem so big. That is why I am asking you if you would help us continue to serve by giving $10.00 or more during this tournament. This money allows us to develop those important relationships that help individuals all over the state of Iowa, but more importantly those right in your community. This is a simple way for each of us to start the patterns of change needed to restore the individuals, families, and communities where we live.
